The Use of Colour
The use of colour in a design of one’s space is a crucial element as it can transform vanilla into flavours of the rainbow and with that transformation, it will take you to realms of emotional care: tranquility, seductiveness, cool-headedness, excitement, relaxation. Or it may serve functionality including better display of items and furniture, practicality in industrial areas, warmth in bathrooms, calmness in busy areas.
The world of colour is infinite, only our minds put boundaries on to the use of it.
It requires the creative manipulation and coordination of materials and technology, and of light and shadow. Often, conflicting requirements must be resolved. The practice of Architecture also encompasses the pragmatic aspects of realizing buildings and structures, including scheduling, cost estimation and construction administration.
Documentation produced by architects, typically drawings, plans and technical specifications, defines the structure and/or behavior of a building or other kind of system that is to be or has been constructed.
